Should or should not??

Let me share a story... There are 2 students. So, i name them as X and Y. X are using handphone camera to take picture in the toilet as they are so unlucky to meet a prefect that is planning to answer the call of nature. Y saw the prefect and said, " Hey, that's my phone! Give it back to me! " Then Y run away as fast as leopard or even faster than it, if calculate, might break the world record!Y left X alone there. However, after 1 second, X run as fast as Y as well while being stop by the prefect. Then, prefect chase over them almost the whole school! Then, finally get to catch them. Why the 2 students are so stupid one? No matter how fast or how far they ran, finally will also be caught. Anyway, X and Y don't wanna take out the handphone as they don't know pass to who along the way they run. * Well, that is just the intro. * The main thing of my post is I really can't believe that a dicipline teacher just want to help the 2 students that broke the school rules that are under the serious category. The teacher don't know from where take out a handphone and pass to the prefect and ask the prefect to treat it as the handphone that X and Y are using just now!! * There's something happen after that, but it's not important. What i can conclude is that the prefect never use the handphone that gave by teacher to cover X and Y.* After i read this story, as a prefect i really felt very very angry and disappointed. How can a dicipline teacher did so? How can a prefect did his/her jobs with the cooperation of this kind of teacher?* sorry to say so* How can a school let the students follow the school rules without breaking it? How can a school's dicipline being level up? I have many many wh questions in my mind when i read this. Maybe most of you thought that this story nothing special or why i think so much. But what i can say is that different people have different feels or thoughts due to the incident that they had gone through. This story may be meaningless to you, but it does bring something for me.
